Furniture & fixture layout

  • A simple furniture and fixture overlay to help you understand the space, flow and usability.

Client-requested alternative layout

  • An alternative floor plan based on specific changes you want to explore. Changes must be defined upfront.

Sketch2Plan — scaled floor plan:
£95 per floor (introductory pricing)

Optional add-ons:

  • Furniture & fixture layout: + £75 per floor

  • Client-requested alternative layout: + £75 per floor

Pricing is based on clear sketches and measurements. Complex or unclear submissions may require a custom quote.

How It Works
